"Le séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement était confortable, la literie de bonne qualité, et l’ensemble très propre. La cuisine était suffisamment équipée pour préparer le petit déjeuner. Situé dans une cour intérieure, l’appartement restait frais et calme, ce qui était très appréciable. Petit bémol : une caution de 500 euros est demandée. Il serait utile de préciser clairement cette information dans les conditions de réservation, si ce n’est pas déjà le cas."

"Très jolie appartement au rdc, bien équipé ,spacieux, ,autour il y a beaucoup des restaurants, boulangerie etc. La residence est située dans un endroit plutôt calme. Le lit dans la chambre comme le canapé lit sont très confortables."

"The location in the 4th arr was perfect, as the property was close to all the main attractions that we wanted to see. The host met with us when we arrived and explained the use of the basic appliances, such as the heating facilities. The kitchen was well stocked with basic utensils and appliances and there were enough fresh towels and linens if needed. It felt like a home away from home."

"There was an issue with the drainage in the shower as the water took a very long time to go down. We mentioned it to the host but the issue was not fixed during our stay. That meant very quick showers (less than 3 minutes)."

"Situated in a very quiet street with a keypad entry, we felt very safe in the ground floor apartment. Multiple restaurants, bars, supermarkets and bakeries just around the corner. An easy walk to the river and underground to go exploring. Very useable kitchen with all the necessary items. Overall a nice place to stay and explore Paris."

"The floor in front of the couch was very slippery - be careful. The shower had quite a bit of mould through it and to the manager’s credit, got the cleaner to come in and deep clean it for us."

"The apartment is in a wonderful location in the Marais district. There are many boulangeries, speciality food stores, shops, small supermarkets, cafes and restaurants a few minutes' walk away, with many Paris highlights in easy walking distance, including Notre Dame, and very easy access to the metro and buses. The apartment is safe, secure and quiet, facing an internal courtyard on the ground floor. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the shower was good. Not huge but very comfortable for Paris."

"Very good location. Close to most landmarks in Paris, walking distance. (10 minutes Notre-Dame) 20 minutes Louvre. Confortable and quite apartment with many facilities. The best, our host: Romain, always available for any need."

"the apartment is in a inside cortile where only people from the building can access…. but the apartment is protected only by glass so easily breakable… I wouldn’t leave important stuff unattended… I didn’t love this but I always felt safe and would definitely go back."
